During my quick trip to Quito, I discovered a gem of a hostel that provided decent accommodations at an low rate. Located in a secure area, it's just a five-minute walk from shopping and dining, which was super convenient. The hustle and bustle of the main avenue was lively, yet my room remained surprisingly quiet. My private room was spacious with clean sheets, hot water, and basic cable TV offering several English channels. The free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, making my stay more enjoyable. Although I could hear conversations in nearby rooms, the absence of frills was compensated by the affordable rate of just $16 a night. A suitable choice for budget-conscious travelers.
